I have been actively using your excellent product, the Seestar S50, in combination with a portable monitor to stream real-time solar sunspot observations to our observatory visitors. The performance has been outstanding, and I’m truly satisfied with the device.
However, I have recently encountered an issue after the latest firmware update and would appreciate your support.
Specifically, when the screen orientation of my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9) or smartphone is changed between portrait and landscape, the menu buttons in the Seestar app become unresponsive to touch. Since I need to reset the autofocus (AF) for the sun each hour, I am forced to exit the app to the home screen and then re-enter the observation mode each time, which is quite inconvenient.
I would like to ask if there is a solution to this issue or if there are plans to address it in a future update. It would be extremely helpful if the touch functions could remain responsive even after the screen orientation changes.
