I have recently acquired ASIAIR V1 and I am having problems getting it to work properly. I have contacted ZWO Support explaining the problems and they have made suggestions which have enabled me to improve the situation to the point of getting it to work right upto the Main screen but having come out of the app and then powering off the device it then will not fully start up again. Basically it gets to the Setup screen but then when I select Enter to move to the Main screen it just goes into an endless loop and freezes there.
I have been to this point before and decided to update the OS from the update data on the ZWO site and it updates and activates with no problem and will startup normally. All this suggests that somehow in the process of powering on and then powering off it corrupts the OS or is there some other problem.
I would very much appreciate any advice or suggestions as to what the problem might be and more importantly how to resolve it. Incidentally I am running the ASIAIR app on a Ipad Pro and a iPhone 6s+ both with the most upto date IOS.
