Firstly: No answer? You posted the same question in two new threads 5 days ago. While ZWO do respond it's mostly users like yourself who post and respond. Also, any responses aren't immediately posted as they have to go through an approval process. Be patient.

Secondly: A factory reset will reset the ASIAIR back to factory defaults including the ASIAIR Firmware. After you've done it, when you connect to the ASIAIR, the ASIAIR will then ask you to update the firmware to match the version of the App you are running on your device.
