ASIStudio and ASI585MC Pro

Don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem. I have recently purchased the ASI585MC Pro. I have downloaded the ASCOM programs, the camera drivers and the ASI software and they're installed on my Windows laptop operating on Windows 11. When I connect the camera and open the program, there is nothing. Doesn't matter if I change bin or attempt to focus my lens, nothing just a blank screen that doesn't alter even if I shine a light into the lens. I have successfully got the camera operating without a hitch in SharpCap but I really wanted to use ASI Studio as I'm hoping to buy the ASIAir to complete my imaging package. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I don't know if I'm missing something or if anyone can provide a walk through getting it to function.

If it is working in SharpCap then the camera is being recognized by your computer in Device Manager.

Is it also recognized in whatever ASIStudio program you are trying to use (such as ASICAP,, ASIImg, or ASILive) [is it showing in the dropdown list under the "Camera" section]?
Did you click the first button to the right of the camera in the list which will turn the camera on? If yes, you should then see (depending on which program you are using) fields populated such as the camera's resolution, default gain, Exposure, and Bin.
