Updated firmware on 3 ASIAir at the start if the night and imaged with them all. All failed to execute MF (different scopes, different FLs, different times). General feature was it flipped at the right time, but it got stuck in an iterative loops when trying to re-acquire the field. Only way out was to reboo ASIAir, telescope and manually put telescope back at home position.
Also noticed that - in one case - telescope went to wrong side of meridian despite the field being at least 20mins in time away from meridian.
i have had occassional troubles with MF before
but all 3 failing on ths same night - never.
Any thoughts?
