I’m trying to install version 11.xxx on my Asi air (I curently have 10.74 installed).
The installation is going up to 50%, then it pauses for a time. It’s starting again and when it is at 82%, the Asi air restart. The problem is when the Asi air reconnect to the app, it says that it failled. I tryed few things: reinstalling the app, connecting my Asi air with a cable. Nothing is working. Also, there is no bug report on the app.
I now can enter the app by clicking « not now ». The problem is every time I restart the app, I have to go through the whole process which takes at least 10 minutes.
I really need some help please! I can’t believe anybody from Zwo can help with that!
