Currently, the File Manager is saving all the Light frames into folders based on the Plan, which is good. However, the Flats, BIAS, and Darks are all being stored together in general folders named FLATS, BIAS, and DARKS. My suggestion would be to allow the creation of subfolders within each Lights folder for the corresponding FLAT, BIAS, and DARK frames related to that specific Plan.
Since temperature variations between nights or different exposure times across objects, sessions, or nights require the creation of new FLATs, BIAS, and DARKs, it's important to keep them organized by Plan. That said, it’s true that some users prefer to work with master calibration libraries to calibrate their images.
