In EQ mode, the lens must be pointed at a tripod with Seestar facing due north when starting Seestar. If you find that the device is facing west when zeroing, it means that the device's starting direction may be 90° or more off, causing errors.
Although you have done calibration, it is recommended to perform a manual compass and level calibration again, and make sure there is no metal or electronic equipment around to interfere with the magnetic field.
