Guiding but no error measure

Hi,
I have a Star Adventurer 2i which I'm using an ASIAIR Plus with for PA and object location. I'm also attempting to guide as well (RA only). I can generally get everything working in terms of the guiding (calibration etc), and then the graph will show a blue line tracking across it, but I note that there is occasionally no measure of RMS error displayed - it just stays at 0.

Is there something I need to do? It has displayed properly in at least a couple of imaging sessions, but also not displayed in others...

It sounds like a connection or display glitch. Try restarting the ASIAIR app, check your USB cables, and re-run calibration when RMS shows 0. Also make sure your firmware is up to date—some versions had this bug.

Hi - this has now been a month and I am still not getting any guiding error being displayed. The graph indicates guiding but no numbers. I have updated to version 2.3.3.

Any other ideas?
