So I have just purchased the ASIair Plus to operate a Zwo ASI585MC Pro attached to a Redcat 51 scope. I downloaded the ASIStudio app on my Android Phone started updating the firmware which had an issue and stalled and then it seemed to allow me to connect to the device and the associated camera. BUT nothing works, I see nothing, the camera sees nothing, I take a picture there is nothing. I see that I should have reached an activation screen for the device but this never appeared and now there seems to be no way to find this and acti=vate the ASIair. I've managed to obtain a QR code now but how on earth to I get the system to see this and thus activate the ASIair? I am very close to giving up and sending the device back to where I purchased. ZWO's website is the most useless and unhelpful "Help" there is.
