Cannot find and cannot focus on Moon

My Seestar can't find and can't focus on the moon.

When I manually find the moon, it cannot focus. The moon remains very bright.

It can find and focus on other stars/ galaxies but not the moon.

Help me

You are probably trying to image the Moon in Stargazing mode, that's why it is very bright. You can only image the Moon in Solar System mode (and the Sun too, of course, and with the filter).

The planets can be done in both modes, in Solar System mode you can see Jupiter's bands and Saturn's ring (maybe) while in Stargazing mode the planets are overexposed but you can see their moons.
