Hi I have a 294MC Pro and a120MM. I had a message appear on screen sayin I had old firmware and needs to update.
I have downloaded the Firmware update tool. but it does find either of my cameras. Scan does nothing and nothing in the dropdown box. I have tried both cameras on two different PC's 1 Windows 10 and 1 windows 11. I have tried with different USB cables and with 294 both with and without power. Same problem occurs in all instances. I have also installed vcredist_86 it made no difference.
