asi294 autoexposure and autogain

Does the asi294 camera have the capability to perform the autoexposure and autogain similarly to this example?

F0gQg86a It's depends on the software, ASIStudio have has this function.

I understnad the ASIStudio has this function, however it seems that the camera does the autogain/autoexposure settings within itself and when the gain/exposure time has settled to a constant value then this means that the camera has converged.

The python code that I sent a link for seems to hint that this is possible. But i dont know if all cameras support it.

Is this true for the ASI294?
