I have a camera purchased new in february that i finally got to set up to use and it has horrible banding issues. I have tried multiple cables that all work fine with other cameras and the problem persists. I even tried using on a friends functioning setup just swapping his camera for mine and it still had the banding. No matter what settings, scope or software set up it still happens. Pretty sure it is a bad unit and i would like to get this fixed. It can’t get any response at all from Zwo. Any recommendations?
