New ASI224MC not starting in Firecapture 2.4beta

Hi,

I have just received a new ASI224MC and have installed the latest drivers off the ZWO website.

Camera seems to install ok and everything seems to be working when checking within device manager (using Windows 8)

Upon starting Firecapture 2.4 beta though no camera is found and it fails to start. If I switch to my ASI174mm camera using the same cable in the same USB 3 port then everything runs fine in FC. I have also tried different USB3 ports but the same thing occurs.

I have also uninstalled the driver and reinstalled but no luck unfortunately. Have I got a dead camera??

Any help with resolving this would be much appreciated.
