Hello,
Can anyone offer any advice. My seestar got wet last week briefly. I didn't know I had an issue until the following night where it couldn't detect any objects. It would go to the object but nothing seen in Preview Mode.
I've allowed it fully dry with the help of many silica gel packs to absorb moisture over a 2 day period. But the issue is still present. I thought there might be moisture around the optics but figured drying would help.
Also not sure if this is related but within the Level and Compass Calibration whenever I click on Compass calibration it tells me the deviation is too large and needs to calibration. But I would get the same warning it needs calibration right again afterwards. This I believe has always been the case with the S50 I have since purchase in March 25. And lastly within that menu for calibration the heading it gives constantly shifts, ie when the model is set up and I am several feet away it the heading shifts ie 224, 225
Makes me wonder if the electronics have been affected trying to use it again before a complete drying.
Many thanks
,
