Hi All,
I have both the Skywatcher EQ6-R Pro and an HEQ5 Mounts, and have purchased 2x ZWO ASIAIR Plus Computers to run them. I have them connected via Ascom cable from the mount into the port shown on the picture attached. 
The fault seems to be intermittant, but when I turn everything on, about half the time the software doesnt and wont detect the mount when its plugged in that port.
I have tried other ZWO devices in that port and get the same issue.
I thought I perhaps had a dud ASIAIR, but get the same thing happening on the new one I have purchased.
I have tried different ASCOM cables, updating the software, etc.
Nothing seems to fix it.
Im using ZWO filter wheels, cameras, eaf, caa with it. and really need the port to work to run everything.
Ive kind of been getting around it by swapping the EAF out with the mount when I have focused on the target, but thats not an ideal solution.
Any ideas?
