problème avec l'empilement

Hello,
Since the last update, I can no longer stack the -subs again to eliminate satellite trails, for example. The final image is extremely noisy, and using denoising makes the result even worse.
It should be noted that the -sub images are extremely noisy.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do? My S50 is currently unusable.

Can you post an image before and after noise reduction?

I can not use AI denoising it fails.

I tried with another photo the first is a re-stack to eliminate satellite trails
The second is after A I denoising.
Compare with the third obtained just before shopping shooting. it's AI denoised.
Please tell me what to do to make it work as well as before.
