After receiving the S 30 today, I fully charged the unit then upgraded the firmware as requested. The arm opened to 90° pointing the camera straight up and the arm will not close and makes a loud grinding noise. I have reset the unit multiple times as well as disconnecting the battery, but the unit still continues to make the loud grinding noise and the arm does not close. Thank you.
