Hi,

I have problems with connection VIA USB to ASI Air pro. When I genlty touch the USB C cable connection is lost. Aby one have this kind od problems? I buy camera 1 month ago so it's note used mamy times.

This sounds like a cable issue. I’ve replaced all of my cables long ago with either CableMatters or StarTech cables. For your guide camera try these:
