Very slow write to eMMC

It takes over 1 minute at times to store and image. I use a ASI533MC so it's not a big file.
It used to happen sporadically but now happens almost all the time. I have AA+ at the latest software level. (AA+said there was a new upgrade and I installed it). I move all captures to a USB drive at the end of each session so there is no data on eMMC when I start capturing subs in a new session.

What can Ido to fix it?

How do you know it takes so long to store the file? The progress bar on the bottom right you see just shows the transfer to your mobile device and the file has been stored before it is transmitted for display.

If it takes too long, the Wifi connection is weak, but will not affect performance of the session.
