I open the App, I then check all items, ie mount, camera, guide camera etc etc , all correct I now click ENTER. The preview main screen flashes on for half a second and then is all greyed out and so I cannot access ANYTHING on the screen. If I go back and try to start again I get the greyed out preview screen each time without having to click enter. How also do I check the Baud ? Any thoughts on what is happening ? Please . Eugene

Re above query, I should have mentioned that the mount and DSLR camera have direct 5v power by way of adapters power , ie not getting power as such for operation from the asiair. TheEAF and Guidescope get power from the asiair. Am using a Nikon D7500 camera, and a HEQ5 mount. So the USB facility on the asiair has EAF, Guide camera, lead from mount to asiair for control and camera, a total of 4.

What do you need a baud rate for? What is your operating system, version, and what version of the app are you using? Which ASIAir model? Are you connecting to the ASIAir via wi-fi??
