I am the proud owner of a zwo asiair plus and have used it happily for the last 3 years. However, since the last update (12.19) I have encountered issues with live stacking process.
It seems to flip between a single image and the stacked image after each data transfer, although sometimes it merely updates the image with the next single frame (rather than any stack). It has also flashed up monochrome images and what I assume to be from the red channel (although this is rare.)
Everything else seems to be fine - it is only live stacking that is affected.
I have unistalled the app on my android device and reinstalled but there was no improvement. I have also performed a factory reset, using the app, reverting to version 8.33. It then transferred and installed the latest verson, but the problems remain exactly the same. (I did think it strange that despite the reset, it remembered by settings however).
I have also noticed that the wifi range has deteriorated over the years, and got even worse recently. It now disconnects even when I am 2 or 3 metres away (I am connected via 2.4). Could this be related, or could the aerial need replacing (if such a replacement exists?)
Please could you advise what else I can try, since I consider a factory reset to be a drastic action already!
