When I open this link and click the botton INSTALL, appears a procedure of three steps: 1. open an account, 2. credid cart verification and 3. contents. I would like to know if this is the right procedure to be follow or not. Please advice.

You may to close the ad that pops up first. Then on that page you should see a green rectangle Install option which has a down arrow on the right.
Tap the down arrow and it should download the APK file.
