Joystick issue

My S50 joystick does not move the S50 in slow motion mode. Fast motion works fine. This issue is across all imaging modes, whether stargazing , planetary or scenery. This seems to have become a problem since the last update. Any advice? Thank you!

There seems to be a misunderstanding — although the lens doesn't appear to move at low speed, the image is actually changing. Could you please verify this again?

That that you mention it, I have also noticed nothing seems to happen in Slow mode with the joystick but Fast works fine. rarely use the joystick but when it did work before the last update you did notice a small movement in Slow mode. Now nothing, so agree there does appear to be a fault.

3AC9bx99 Someone suggested to me that it may be a network latency issue or weak signal so this morning I tested it inside my house in scenery mode and the slow motion worked fine. So I’ll have to take it outside and try it again and see what happens. If it ever stops raining here.
