The USB3 cable supplied with the ASI 533MC Pro camera does not work properly when connected to the ASIAIR. While the camera is correctly recognized, there are consistent image transmission errors. In contrast, when using the much shorter USB3 cable provided with the ASIAIR (which is less convenient due to its length), everything works fine. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions for a reliable replacement cable?
The ZWO cables are known for having issues. You are better off getting some reliable cables. Some of the recommendations I have seen are cables from Cable Matters, StarTech, Anker, JSAux, and a few others.

Thank you for your reply and for the suggestions — I’ll definitely look into getting a more reliable USB3 cable from one of the brands you mentioned. That said, I believe issues like this aren’t a great look for a company that positions itself as a leader in the field. At this level, attention to detail should also be a priority.
