ASI2600MM Pro - Dark Band at the top and bottom of the image
I have a Dark band at the top and bottom of my images and It appears to be fixed and doesn't move around. The bands are at the top and bottom only - and never at the sides or in the middle. It is impacted by exposure time. 10 seconds it is hardly visible but at 60, 120 seconds it is very obvious. The camera ran fine for about a year and then it started doing this.
I have checked many things so far:
- Different software
- Different power supply
- Different known good USB cables (High quality)
- Checked the CMOS sensor glass - no defects and very clean
- Different gains 0, 100 and 200
- Different temps - from no regulation to -10 deg C
- Dew heater on and off
- Latest and greatest drivers installed
- Different bin amounts 1x1, 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4
All of these adjustments made absolutely no difference. Only exposure made it worse the longer I exposed it.
Any suggestions on what else I need to check for or try? I don't think this is going to be a simple fix since I have not seen any one else have these issues yet...
