Zwo CAA stalls

Hello,

I have a problem with CAA stalling. Equipment ist SBIG ST10+AO+CFW-10. When the equipment and scope is „horizontal“ it stalls when it would need maximum torque. Surprisingly when i rotate in the other direction where the „lever“ is the same it does not stall. Any ideas ? Is it possible to customize the CAA that it obly rotates in one direction ? I did not find an option in the ASI Software.

Could you take some photos show me?Instances where stalling occurs and Comparative footage of normal operation。
1、The direction of stall is which side?
2、The CAA has a mechanical limit, meaning it cannot rotate continuously beyond 360 degrees. When it reaches the limit, it will rotate in the opposite direction to reach the target position
