Level sensor calibration

Had issues with polar alignment. App continuously complaining I'm 2° off after completing the procedure and starting alignment again.
And what do you think? Finally got the level surface, error isn't more than 0.1°
And S50 shows

Dear ZWO, what would you say?? Do you calibrate it on your assembling line??

After level sensor calibration the issue has gone. No prob so far.

This is usually caused by the device not being level during a previous Horizontal sensor calibration, which led the internal sensor to store an incorrect value. In that case, you can take the Seestar off the tripod, place it on a level surface, and run the Horizontal sensor calibration again should resolve the issue.
Just as you are doing now.

There were no previous calibration. It was the first time I did it.
And you didn't answer the question. Do you calibrate seestars before packaging?

Lilo Yes, we will uniformly calibrate the level sensors once before leaving the factory.
