ASI 2600 MM producing corrupt images looking like a Bayer Pattern

Starting last week my ASI 2600 produced corrupt images. First happens only a few times. Now it happens all the time:

I have replaced all cables etc. ... I also own a second ASI 2600 MM (running a dual setup) ... No issues here with same computer and cables.

I have the issue with a Linux (indilib) and Windows with 4 different cables / power supply...

Can anybody help me?

Is it the mainboard? Or is it the Sensor?

I had really no luck with ASI 2600 .... this camera was sent back serveral times because of the oil leakage. It was also sent back to ZWO because of EXPOSURE_FAILED errors and now this ...

This issue is caused by a damaged component on the daughterboard, and the camera needs to be returned for repair.
Could you please provide the camera's SN?

Is the daughterboard the board with the USB connectors or with the sensor?
