I recently had an issue where Windows reported the usb hub could not provide enough power to my 6200MM Pro(using it's hub to connect the FW), and after investigating further I saw that the camera side USB3 connector has been bent by colliding with a box near ground level during slewing near zenith.
I replaced the cable, and powering on the camera now I have no issues; however new issues has arisen and I can't see why.
I intermittently was having issues with connecting to the filter wheel, and changing filter selection.
In the Voyager software, I encountered the error: CameraShot Error (Exposure Error ( set - '' is an invalid value. The valid range is: .))))
I reinstalled the software, and after fiddling with ASI Studio was able to get it working without error by selecting a different filter, and the GUI showed the new filter selected. Camera exposure not an issue.
However filterwheel calibration failed.. I can't tell if the filterwheel is actually turning as it's located at a remote observatory.. but I was able to confirm filters were being changed, but testing exposure times and ADU counts against a remote powered flat panel.
Is the caliabration issue a possible clue that there is something wrong with the camera usb hub?
I will attend site when I can to remove the Filterwheel from the camera usb hub and connect it to the observatory computer hub for further testing.
Question is; what is this error? I've only seen it reported once, and the user mentioned it was a mechanical issue with the filterwheel.
