I would like to suggest it's time for an online meeting via TEAMS or ZOOM. You are clearly making NO PROGRESS on the bugs.
Fire your developer. Your software is badly broken In so many ways it suggests your developer has no idea what he is doing. Find someone who knows what real software quality is - and specifically someone who tests the software out under the stars with a real telescope and mount - not your tinkertoy AM3/AM5 mounts. The point is this - when it works reliably with a big rig like mine that pushes the limits, it will work really well with this little rigs.
Stop adding changes/features until youn have a robust release.
So they came back for about 2 days and disappeared now for over a week again. Not a company I can recommend to friends if they want something that is well supported and a staff that appears to be excited about its products.
