Since Seestar uses the network segment 10.0.0.X, if your home router uses the network segment 10.0.0.X, it will cause conflicts.
If your router happens to use this subnet, it may cause communication failure.
You may consider the following steps:
- Log in to your router’s management interface.
- Go to: Advanced Settings > Network Settings > LAN Port Settings (the path may vary depending on the router brand).
- Set the LAN port to "Manual" and change the IP address to a subnet other than 10.0.0.x (e.g., 192.168.1.1).
Save the settings and restart the router, then try connecting again.
