Charging issue: Red lights not turning solid blue

My Seestar s50 was purchased in March this year (2025). When charging thru external source, the red lights never turn blue or go off. I have left it far past 4 hours. I have unplugged, left it sit, but nothing happens. The app tells me it’s at 100% but the literature suggests there is something not right with the seestar’s system if the lights are not going solid blue or turning off a full charge. I believe there are previous discussions on this issue but man I cannot seem to find anything beyond the general internet. Help please.

Have no id a where you read about blue or turning off lights.
But for seestar there are
flashing lights - charging
all 4 lights solid red - charging complete

Seestar s50 lights do not turn blue or go off after fully charged:

Now going back again and reading through, I now might think without being specific, later in the response it does talk about battery temperature, but never specifically spelling out that this is an issue.??
Amongst several possible causes they have one paragraph that references temperature:
“ Temperature Issues:
The Seestar S50 has temperature sensor that might prevent charging if the battery is too cold or too hot.”
But, this is only one possible cause.

Never believe everything you read, and never ambiguously interpret things without more knowledge!

Just to clarify, the Seestar’s power button does not display blue at any time.
Here’s what the power button colors indicate:

Red: Device is powered off
Yellow: Device is powered on and in Alt-Az mode
Green: Device is powered on and in Equatorial mode
As for the four indicator lights next to the power button:
Each light represents 25% of battery charge
Flashing lights mean the device is currently charging
When all four lights are solid (not flashing) while plugged into an external power source, it means the device is fully charged and still connected to power — this is normal behavior.
So, if you're seeing four solid lights while plugged in, your Seestar is fully charged and functioning as expected.
