Hello! Yesterday, while operating the Seestar telescope, colorful vertical stripes appeared on the phone screen, and the telescope disconnected. The telescope's arm remained open during this time.
Reconnection was only possible after restarting the device.
The phone recognized it as turned off, and the arm could only be opened again; upon subsequent opening, the Seestar turned to the ceiling.
After reconnection, everything was fine at first, but then the problem recurred. When connecting to the Seestar from another device, the same issue occurred. Today, after a full charge, I tested it again.
It was working, but during the process of aiming at an object, stripes appeared on the screen again, and the connection was interrupted. It seemed to me that this was related to rapid movement of the lens during aiming. Currently, everything is fine and it is functioning normally. The day before, the telescope was used during a trip out of town. Could this have caused the issue due to shaking? Please advise on what to do now
