All Fames Rejects and marked as failed

I've managed to get some time doing mosaics with my S30 over the past few night. The results have been very variable.
The stars are often elongated by I can live with some of that. But two nights ago the last 377 out of 607 images were rejected and last night all 210 were. By rejected I mean the .fits files were marked as failed. On the first occasion I was trying to do a 2x mosaic of NGC7000 and area, the second night, a 1.2x mosaic of the Pelican nebula area.
Viewing the subs there seems to a pattern.
The S30 was in EQ mode and well polar aligned, on the second occasion I did not use a backup battery so the we no cable snagging. On the first occasion I was using a external battery but I was careful to check that the cables were clear of any snagging.

How can I upload a log file so ZWO can point me in the right direction for diagnosis. It won't do it when I connect to the Seestar with my phone because it's not connected to the internet?

To help us diagnose the issue more accurately, could you please upload all the single FITS files (including the failed ones) to a cloud drive and send us the link?
Also, please contact our technical support team through https://support.zwoastro.com/ so we can provide further assistance.
In addition, could you switch the Seestar to Preview (Viewing) Mode, and then manually move the device up, down, left, and right once each via the app? Please record a video of this process and send it to us — we’d like to check whether there might be a mechanical issue with the mount or axis.

Hi,
I think I've made a mistake. Not all frames were rejected.
I think I copied the frames over to my PC in the wrong order and only picked up the failed frames and not all of them.

But when you look at the failures later in the night you will see that something is amiss with the tracking.
I will put the info you requested on a cloud server later today and contact your support team

Overall I find the S30 a great little portable telescope.
