ASI2600MM Cooler & Dew Heater

Hi,

My scope is at a remote site. When the roof closes the humidity drops but I Ieave the dew heater on in case the roof opens again and the humidity rises.

On nights when it's cloudy and the roof is closed, I keep the cooler off as I am not imaging. But I turn the dew heater on in case the clouds disappear and the roof opens.

Is it OK to leave the dew heater on when the cooler is off?

jsg The dew heater will be turned of when turned off the cooling, but you can turn on the dew heater separately after that.
