Which mode are you using? If the GoTo Moon function fails, the screen should display âFailed to find the Moon.â At that time, please check where the device is pointingâis it pointing toward the Moon or somewhere else?
If it is pointing toward the Moon, is there any object blocking above the lens?
If it is not pointing toward the Moon, have you completed the compass calibration? Also, is your phoneâs location and time set accurately?
