Next time this issue occurs, please record a short video showing the device’s status and do not turn it off. Log into the Seestar APP and submit a log, making sure to check “Add log.”
It’s difficult to determine the root cause based solely on descriptions. If this was an isolated incident, it’s possible that the GoTo target conflicted with the device’s status at that moment, causing the problem. However, I cannot confirm this without the video and log.
