Very new user - arrived today. I'm having troubles connecting to the WiFi on the AA+. It seems only to use 4G. My android phone and Amazon Fire tablet can't see 5G (both are 2017 vintage.) My Win11 laptop can see the AA+ network but I've yet to get my head round using the app on Windoze.
I see references to AA+ on 4G - how do I persuade mine to cooperate?
