I am not a Chinese citizen, but I have many relatives in China. I use WeChat and have started posting images through the mini program that mirrors AstroImg on WeChat. I tried to link AstroImg to my WeChat account, but linking is restricted to Chinese phone numbers. As a result, I cannot link my account, synchronize my content with the AstroImg application, and—worst of all—I had to create a separate account just to request help.
Could you please help me migrate the content from my WeChat account to the standalone application account I have created?
I prefer using the standalone application because it offers an English interface, while the WeChat mini program is entirely in Chinese (and Weixin’s automatic translation can be unreliable sometime).
