Failed to get stream Android 13

I just bought a S30 and am trying to connect with my tablet running Android 13 w/ 4.0+4.0 memory. I'm able to connect and the tablet displays a wide angle thumbnail, but it fails to get the stream and when I retry, I get the spiral of death. Firm ware is updated and I'm running Seestar 2.6.0. Everything looks like it's working on my SamsungA15 phone. Thanks! I've gone to My Seestar to look for the device log, but I don't see any device log download. 2 Pics attached. Thanks !

Could you please try using the software decoder as shown in the picture? If that doesn't work, could you try connecting to a different device? If that doesn't work either, could you provide the model of the device you're trying to use?

By the way, are you using 5G WiFi direct connection? I see that your wide-angle camera has video, but the problem is that the telephoto camera fails to get the stream.
