I have noticed that, in some pictures posted by others, it is possible to overlay known objects in the fields. I was wondering how this can be done.
Whenever I post an image, I do not see any option to perform an astrometric calibration, and it seems I am not allowed to upload FITS or XISF registered files. I find this feature quite interesting and would like to be able to use it for my own posts.
