ASI2600MM-Pro Westbridge Driver Corruption

Hello,

My ASI2600MM-Pro all of the sudden started showing Westbridge in device manager and I am unable to connect to it. I tried following the Bootloader instructions, but was stopped at the FW upgrade tool, I downloaded it and nothing opens. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this working?

You can take a photo of the interface labeled "Westbridge" in the Device Manager, which will make it easier for me to analyze the cause.

Please note that I accidentally dropped the camera and fan turns on but will not connect.

please take a photo for USB,Do not plug in the cable.

Please note that I discarded the USB cable because the end was bent. But the USB input on the camera does not appear to be damaged.

Please capture from this angle—we need to check if the blue section is recessed.

It does appear to be recessed

You need submit RMA,https://rma.zwoastro.com/#/. But this is man-made damage and you need to pay for the repair
