Has anyone else accidental had there seestar s50 fall off the table onto concrete! The arm still opens but it wont go as high as it used to and jults as its moving? Can anyone please help?
This is probably caused by a missing tooth in the gear. Maybe you can ask him to open the outer shell and check the gear. If it is indeed the case, it should be repaired.
