Unable to take Flats

I went out this morning to take flats for last night's shoot, and I couldn't. I'm using the ASI 2600MC Pro. When initiating the Flats using Autorun, it briefly says "Shooting", then "Calculating Exposure" for 40-50 seconds, then terminates. I've used a T-shirt, I've used a light pad, I've adjusted gain. No difference. What might I be missing? Thanks.

Thanks for that. I'll have to research this. I've never used "ADU" for Flats before. I used the Automatic setting. Does Automatic not work anymore?

The exposure time makes the average histogram reading of the image: 30000-35000 more appropriate.In Automode you need to check if the brightness when taking photos is too bright or too dark. Use a piece of A4 paper to cover the lens while taking pictures to make the lighting more even. Being too bright or too dark can lead to failure. What is the name of the automatic shooting software you are using?
