3i atlas location incorrect in ASIAIR

Please update the location for 3i atlas in ASIAIR. I wasted an entire night as the entry for "3i Atlas" is wrong in ASIAIR, please update that, plus the ephemeris. The actual location is in a completely different part of the sky (in Libra right now).
