Adapters sequence from scope to camera

Hi to all. I need some suggestions for configuration of my new equipment.

I finally decided to switch to a full ZWO rig composed by: FF65 APO, AM3, EAF and ASI2600MC Air.

Perhaps someone here has a similar configuration.

I also ordered a M54 ZWO 2" filter holder/drawer.

Could you please suggest me the best sequence of adapters (M54, M48, etc.) to be used from the scope to the camera, to include the filter drawer, in order to comply with the 55 mm backfocus requirement?
I understood that the filter drawer should be in front of the camera.

The telescope is a petzval design, so you don't have to worry about 55mm backfocus. On my RedCat 91, also petzbal, I have a 10mm m54 spacer in front of the filter drawer for convenience allowing for my telescope rotator knob movement, but that's it. The filter drawer is quite excellently made! The only thing you need to worry about is not making your image train too long that you can't reach focus, but you don't need to meet the 55 mm distance on a petzval. I have the 2600mc-duo and an AM3.

Oh--for my own preference, I also determined that the 10mm + the 20mm of the filter drawer dropped my focuser right into the middle of its travel. I liked that there was plenty of wiggle room either direction for whatever.
