Blue Artifacts in Mosaic amd Planning modes

Hello,

I completed this x2 mosaic yesterday and noticed some blue artifacts that are at equal distance from each other? any idea what's causing that?

I only noticed this during mosaics in planning mode.

I increased brightness and saturation in LR to make them visible.

These blue dots look like noise, so you can try turning on the Hot Pixels Correction function before shooting.

It's definitely noise but not random one, you can clearly see the pattern, these dots are at equal distance from each other.. if you zoom you'll see a lot of them in single place.. noise is random so definitely there's something systematic that causes this artifacts.
It only happens in EQ + Mosaic + Planning.. no issue with unplanned mosaics.
