An indicator for the Seestar internal compass would help understand the Moon and Sun location issues. Thanks.
Seestar has a built-in compass. Could you please describe your compass requirements in more detail?
Of course. It's about the ability to view, in the app, the position of the internal compass. This would help check for any nearby magnetic interference that could disrupt its proper functioning. Thank you.
Julio939 So basically you want some kind of indication of magnetic interference, and not the "arrow" itself.
Yes, of course. An arrow, a number... Something indicating the azimuth of the telescope's axis according to the internal compass would be sufficient. Thank you.
Allow me to expand on this request: Make the coordinates of the position where the telescope is pointing visible or not, depending on the observer's selection, azimuthal or equatorial, depending on the type of tracking selected. Thank you very much.
Agree. This would be a great feature. When in live viewing mode, have the scope's Alt (in degrees above the horizon) and AZ (degrees based on true north) displayed somewhere on the screen. Like the other overlay buttons, this can either be a separate button or incorporated in another like the grid display.
